The lectures take place at lecture hall 001 at the ground floor of the “New Buildings” of the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences.<\/p>\n
Travel directions to the NTUA<\/b><\/p>\n
By Taxi:<\/b> In case you take a taxi, either from the airport or from a hotel \/ the city center, you should ask the driver to take you to the <\/span>Zografou Campus<\/span><\/i> of the National Technical University of Athens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n There is a highway connecting the airport to the campus, so that the ride should be traffic-free and last approximately 30 mins. The prices of taxi rides from the airport are basically fixed (so that drivers cannot trick passengers), and the ride should cost around 35-40 Euros (plus maybe tolls, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n Once you arrive at the campus you should ask the driver to take you to the \u201c<\/span>New Buildings\u201d<\/span><\/i> of<\/span> SEMFE<\/b> (\u03a3\u0395\u039c\u03a6\u0395 in Greek), located next to the chapel. SEMFE exists as a location in google maps and other GPS maps, so that should not be a big problem (however our campus is complicated and taxi drivers are not always happy to enter …).<\/span><\/p>\n By Metro:<\/b> In case you take the metro, either from the airport or from a hotel \/ the city center, you should take Line 3 (blue line) and exit at station \u201cKatechaki\u201d. There, you should take bus No. 242 to the Zografou Campus of the National Technical University of Athens. The bus stop is called \u201c9th Zografou\u201d (\u201c9\u03b7 \u0396\u03a9\u0393\u03a1\u0391\u03a6\u039f\u03a5\u201d in Greek).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n There is a footpath that starts next to this entrance and takes you directly to our building. In the map below, the footpath is the red-ish narrow path that starts shortly after the bus stop on the left, and goes through the trees. The building is marked with \u201cNew Buildings SEMFE\u201d\/\u201c\u039d\u03ad\u03bf \u039a\u03c4\u03ae\u03c1\u03b9\u03bf \u03a3\u0395\u039c\u03a6\u0395\u201d in google maps, located at the end of the footpath.
